I am a Product & Project Manager specializing in products combining hardware and software — robotics, controllers, embedded systems, IoT.

I run my own consulting business and work as a fractional/interim Product Manager for industrial and technology companies.

I help companies translate business requirements into engineering action, create roadmaps and priorities, and deliver products to market — instead of developing them endlessly.

I work within client tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams) and integrate with the existing team.

Industry experience across 3 sectors: aerospace (UTC — design engineer), dairy automation (DeLaval — TSR1/TSR2, E-series), SaaS monitoring (DTiQ — 360iQ, Drivethru). Hardware+software products in regulated and global environments.
